Position: Technical Trainer & Warranty Claims Specialist (m/f/x)
We are seeking a skilled Warranty Claims Specialist & Technical Trainer to join our team in Klagenfurt, Austria. The successful candidate will:
1. Manage warranty claims processing according to company standards.
2. Deliver high-quality technical training to our dealer network.
3. Develop training materials tailored to different proficiency levels.
4. Support new vehicle launches through technical training preparation.
5. Investigate unusual claims and contribute to quality improvements.
6. Provide technical advice to dealers and coordinate with external trainers as needed.
**Minimum Requirements:**
1. At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in automotive after-sales.
2. Fluent in English and Croatian or a related Slavic language.
3. Strong technical understanding; a master mechanic qualification is preferred.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Proficiency with office software and attention to detail.
6. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
7. Team-oriented approach in a multicultural environment.
8. Willingness to work in Klagenfurt, Austria.
