About the Role
As a key member of the Chips and Discretes Product Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Discretes Power Product offering for Home Appliance, Renewables and Power Distribution applications, driving market leadership and growth.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute segment strategies to drive market leadership and growth, with a focus on Go-to-Market (G2M) and portfolio development.
Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of innovation, speed, and agility.
Utilize your deep understanding of Chinese business culture to inform product development and market strategies, driving success in this critical market.
Serve as an ambassador for the Business Line organization, championing a mindset of speed, agility, and customer-centricity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development, marketing, and sales efforts that meet the needs of target applications and customers.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Power Semiconductor product marketing, applications, or engineering role.
Proven track record of driving business growth and market leadership in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities.
Deep understanding of Chinese business culture, with the ability to translate this knowledge into actionable strategies.
Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire global high-performing teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to make hard trade-offs.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex business plans.
At least a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, business administration or related field. MBA is a major plus.
