What's it all about?
* Assess customer needs (high level, pre project)
* Acquisition of new consulting projects will be among your main tasks
* Prepare consulting proposals and offers
* Serve as important communication link between all stakeholders (customers, technological experts, business operations)
* Lead consulting projects in all stages
* Ensure that learnings and knowledge gained during consulting projects are shared within OMICRON for further improvement
What are we looking for?
* At least 5 years of professional experience in project or consulting work
* Good understanding of project management processes, strategies and methods
* Deep technical understanding of processes within electrical utilities
* Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills and ability to foster teamwork in a highly collaborative environment
* Strong sense of personal accountability, self‑motivation and ability to work independently
* Excellent command of English; German language skills are an advantage
* Ready to work in our Erlangen or Klaus (AT) office and enjoy travelling (up to 40 %)
