Job Responsibilities
1. Technical and operational management of the process technology including process roadmap, hardware requirements, cost of ownership calculations, competitiveness
2. Technical and operational management of the process team;
3. Development of electrochemical and/or etching processes on SEMSYSCO equipment;
4. Problem analysis and solution finding in electrochemical/etching tasks;
5. Planning and execution of complex scientific and technical experiments for customer projects;
6. Evaluation, documentation and presentation of results;
7. Literature research of existing processes and products;
8. Writing of technical reports;
9. Process accompanying measurements;
10. Demo process support at cooperation partners;
11. Regular coordination with customers regarding projects;
12. Support of suppliers;
13. Characterization of material properties & compatibility.
Minimum Qualifications
14. Completed university studies (master's degree or diploma) in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science or similar;
15. At least 5 years of experience in IC substrates, wet chemical deposition or etching processes;
16. Several years of leadership experience and proven ability to work in a team;
17. Business fluent English language skills;
18. High customer orientation;
19. Strong technical interest and solution affinity;
20. Systematic approach to work and independent application of strategies and procedures for problem solving (e.g. FMEA);
21. Good communication skills and intercultural competence.
