Design architectural and engineering plans, and develop detailed specifications. Collaborate and consult with professionals from various disciplines to ensure project success. Oversee the work of local engineers, provide guidance to contractors and subcontractors during construction, and supervise (remotely) the implementation of layout designs. Build and maintain a strong professional network within the industry. Stay current with industry trends and technologies by engaging in continuous learning and professional development. Project Management Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and technical documentation. Oversee the bidding process and ensure compliance with project requirements. Address project issues promptly and ensure all objectives are met. Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures to meet budget targets. Foster teamwork and ensure alignment towards shared goals. Willingness and ability to travel internationally to construction sites as required. Real Estate Liaise with various departments and industry professionals to support real estate initiatives. Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and proposals for the CEO. Contribute to the development and maintenance of CornerstoneONE's standards and requirements. Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Engineering Experience At least 5 years of professional experience as an architect Practical, hands-on understanding of the construction process, including construction supervision and preparation of Good-for-Construction (GFC) drawings and documentation Experience in real estate is an advantage Skills & Competencies Broad experience from concept development to completion and maintenance of existing buildings Strong design, technical drawing, and presentation skills In-depth knowledge of construction details and building maintenance Familiarity with building regulations, norms, and standards Excellent organizational, project management, and reporting abilities Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and networking skills Analytical, detail-oriented, and adept at problem-solving Committed to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results Expertise in fire prevention, security, ESG, or related areas is a plus Technical Proficiency Proficient in MS Office applications Advanced user of AutoCAD and BIM (Revit) Skilled in presentation and visual editing tools (PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite) Languages Fluent in English (C1 level or higher), with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills Additional languages are an asset Who We're Looking For We are looking for an outgoing, inquisitive, and motivated colleague with a holistic interest in construction.
