Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Oversee lease administration, including rent reviews, renewals, and renegotiations.
- Manage arrears, supervise outgoing budgets, and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate projects, fit-outs, capital works, and make-good programs with the assistance of a dedicated Facilities Manager.
- Handle statutory documentation and collaborate with contractors, tenants, and property owners.
- Utilize advanced property management software to streamline operations and ensure timely communication.
About You: You thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and possess the ability to think on your feet and drive outcomes. With a proven track record in managing portfolios, you are eager to make a significant impact in your next role.
Core Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in commercial property management.
- Strong knowledge of retail/commercial leases and OPEX/Recoverables.
- Proven experience in lease administration and financial management.
- Exceptional communication skills and a professional presentation.
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office.
- A valid Certificate of Registration for the Real Estate Industry.
- Proficiency in Re-leased, Cirrus 8, MRI or other PM Software
- Strong knowledge of QLD Property Law Act and retail/commercial leasing regulations
