E-commerce Data & Marketing Specialist - Region Europe East (REE) (m/f/d)

Responsibilities
* You will be the data-driven partner behind our e-commerce growth, transforming SEO and Google Analytics insights into actions that lift traffic quality, conversion and self-service across the East Europe Region
* You will lead the SEO roadmap end-to-end, covering technical and on-page improvements, keyword strategy, content briefs and internal linking to grow non-brand visibility
* You will own Google Analytics 4 measurement and reporting, and design events and tags in Google Tag Manager
* You will plan and optimize email and lifecycle marketing with audience segmentation, journeys, A/B tests and campaign performance reviews
* You will analyse customer journeys, identify churn patterns and conversion opportunities, and translate insights into actions that support digital performance and growth
* Under your responsibility is also collaborating with cross-functional teams to align digital content, processes and customer experience, ensuring consistency across touchpoints
* You will lead maturity benchmarking and customer-centric analysis across countries, shaping the next phase of AI excellence for the region
* You will lead the development of dashboards and reporting tools that enable countries to monitor, benchmark and accelerate their e-channel performance
What Makes You Great
* You possess a university degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science or a related field and bring solid experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or customer analytics
* You have a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, customer journeys and online funnels, and can convert SEO and marketing insights into actions that drive digital performance and conversion
* You are hands-on with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Power BI, and are comfortable defining events, maintaining clean tracking and building dashboards that turn complex data into clear business recommendations
* You have practical experience with email and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including audience segmentation, customer journeys and A/B testing
* You are experienced in leveraging marketing data to generate insights, support campaign planning and evaluate the effectiveness of digital initiatives across channels
* Also, you are confident working across countries and functions and can align digital content, processes and tools to deliver a consistent and scalable e-commerce experience, and you communicate fluently in English while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and international teams
