Key Responsibilities
* Adhere to the company's financial policies and procedures.
* Dealer Network Development (Strategic as well as Operational)Implementation of new Standards & Concepts for Retail (e.g. Events, Tools, Shopping Mall activations, Pop-up stores,…)
* Working together with local distributor partner on network plan and targets to accelerate network expansion
* Close collaboration with Design studios and local architect agencies on feasible solutions (e.g. greenfield. vs. refurbishment concept)
* Additional scope, depending on business needs: Product Strategy & Pricing, Product Trainings & Knowledge Management
Skills, Qualifications, And Experience Required
* Commercial background in the automotive industry with profound knowledge of different sales layers within automotive – retail, wholesale, and sales strategies
* Experience in the development of a dealer network – ideally from the Austrian market
* Excellent communication skills on all levels
* Capable of working cross-functionally in highly diverse international teams
* Pragmatic and solution-oriented way of getting things done
* Specific product experience, particularly understanding the USPs of EVs & PHEVs
* Native German and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
* Willingness to travel
