Do you want to work close to the most important decisions – while also owning projects end-to-end? As an Executive Assistant with a strategic focus, you will support the CEO of Mediscan on key executive and business topics, structure complex questions, and translate insights into actionable measures. You combine analytical rigor with strong execution and actively shape processes, priorities, and collaboration across the top management team.
Your Challenge
Strategic Support & Decision Enablement: Prepare and review decision papers, presentations, and briefings for the CEO; proactively align stakeholders and ensure a seamless flow of information
Strategic Planning & Steering: Design, establish, and run the annual strategy and planning cycle, including sparring with business units and functional teams; act as a key interface within Greiner AG
Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct market research, benchmarking, and competitive intelligence; synthesize data and insights into clear recommendations, including dashboards and management readouts
Governance & Operating Model Excellence: Further develop corporate governance (meeting & committee structures, process standards) and standardize/optimize core collaboration and decision-making processes
Project Leadership: Independently lead strategic and operational (divisional) projects – planning, execution, tracking, and follow-up; deliver ad-hoc analyses and respond to urgent requests as needed
Stakeholder & Management Interface: Serve as the communication and coordination hub between group-wide management levels and specialist departments/functions
Your Profile
Completed university degree (e.g., business administration/economics, business, natural sciences, or similar) or equivalent qualification
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in an industrial/corporate environment (e.g., CEO/Executive Office, in-house consulting, business development, performance management/controlling) or in management consulting
Experience setting up and steering project management frameworks is a strong plus
Strong interest in both strategic and operational topics
Excellent analytical skills, structured prioritization, and a high degree of ownership and initiative
High level of flexibility, resilience, and discretion
Strong communication skills and confident presence with stakeholders across different seniority levels
Team player who enjoys close collaboration with C-level leaders and cross-functional teams in a global environment
Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
Note: Kremsmünster is the preferred location for this role, with Vienna as an alternative.

In accordance with legal requirements in Austria, we are obliged to disclose the minimum annual gross salary for this position as defined by the collective agreement, which is € 68, Chemical Industry Collective Agreement). We are, of course, willing to offer a market-aligned overpayment depending on your individual qualifications and professional experience.
