WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?
* Supporting the Head of Departments
* Travel organization, planning, booking and accounting of business trips, organization of management workshops
* Administrative support, including calendaring, tracking outstanding tasks, meeting minutes, correspondence
* Document management: creating, editing and managing documents and reports
* Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
* Experience in a comparable position, ideally in an international environment
* Confidential handling of sensitive data
* Interest in technology, organization and processes
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Very good German and English language skills (both written and spoken)
* Self-motivated and proactive
* Result oriented and collaborative working style
* Professional organizational and communication skills
