To strengthen our Crop Protection Team at our headquarters in Vienna we are looking for an experienced PARTNER & PORTFOLIO MANAGER SPECIALTY CROPS (F/M/D) GRAPES, FRUITS, VEGETABLES - AT, DE, HU & RO Your tasks: Strategically develop, manage, and optimize the portfolio of conventional and organic crop protection products, fertilizers, biostimulants, and adjuvants for specialty crops in Austria, Germany, Hungary and Romania Identify and assess new products, technologies, and partnership opportunities based on market trends, agronomic potential, and regional requirements Lead negotiations with international suppliers for distribution and development partnerships Maintain and grow strategic relationships with key partners and innovation networks Align portfolio strategies with local product management teams and support go-to-market execution Develop business cases and value propositions tailored to regional market needs Lead, coach, and develop a small cross-functional team focused on innovation, performance, and collaboration Ensure smooth communication and coordination with internal stakeholders and executive management Analyze and interpret sales, purchasing, and stock data for strategic decision-making Your skills: Degree in agricultural sciences with commercial experience and strategic thinking At least 5 years of relevant experience in portfolio, sales, or consulting roles within the agricultural industry Strong expertise in specialty crops (grapes, fruits, vegetables) and related input products Proven leadership skills and experience in managing teams or cross-functional projects Excellent command of English; knowledge of German, Hungarian, and/or Romanian is a strong asset High level of initiative, structured working style, and solution-oriented mindset Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with intercultural competence Willingness to travel up to 50% across the core regions Confident user of MS Office and data analysis tools Our offer: A key role in shaping the future of the specialty crops portfolio and innovation pipeline The opportunity to work in a dynamic and international team Employment at a successful, expanding, family-owned company with strong values Location preferably at our headquarters in 1220 Vienna, Austria – other set-ups may be considered Home-Office option up to 40% Company car and attractive employee benefits Competitive compensation package (from € 6.000,- monthly) based on experience and qualifications Are you interested?
