This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Affiliate & Creator Manager in Switzerland. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven, iGaming-focused professional who thrives on building and scaling affiliate networks. You will take ownership of affiliate partnerships across casino and sports betting verticals, activating top creators, streamers, and content publishers to drive player acquisition and engagement. The position involves developing performance-driven campaigns, structuring incentive agreements, and optimizing results through data analysis. You will act as the primary contact for affiliates, providing support, assets, and reporting to maximize their success. Collaboration with marketing, product, and community teams is key to ensuring campaign alignment and amplification. The environment is dynamic and fast-paced, offering opportunities to directly influence growth in the next-generation Web3 entertainment space.
Accountabilities
* Build, manage, and scale the affiliate program with a focus on high-impact iGaming partners across streaming and content platforms.
* Design performance-based campaigns to maximize player sign-ups, first-time deposits, and retention.
* Onboard and activate top creators, streamers, and publishers, leveraging industry contacts.
* Structure deals, rev-share agreements, and promotional mechanics to incentivize affiliate loyalty.
* Serve as the main point of contact for affiliates, managing contracts, reporting, and campaign deliverables.
* Track key performance metrics, optimize funnels, and refine creative assets to maximize ROI.
* Collaborate with marketing, product, compliance, and community teams to support affiliate-led campaigns and activations.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry.
* Established network of contacts in Twitch, Kick, or other relevant streaming communities.
* Strong negotiation and deal-making skills, with experience in rev-share, CPA, and hybrid models.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor KPIs, measure ROI, and optimize campaigns.
* Relationship-oriented, able to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
* Self-starter with startup energy; comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
