Your Role: Curating the In-Flight Experience
* Providing attentive, personalized care to our international guests throughout the duration of their flight.
* Independently coordinating all aspects of flight operations, from initial planning to final execution.
* Managing catering orders, sourcing premium supplies, and ensuring all provisions meet our exacting standards.
* Delivering gracious onboard service, including the presentation of meals and beverages.
* Conducting thorough pre- and post-flight preparations, including cabin cleanliness, inventory management, and ensuring the aircraft is impeccably presented for the next journey.
Your Profile: Professionalism and Poise
* Completed vocational training, with a strong preference for backgrounds in gastronomy, hospitality, or the service industry.
* Previous experience as a flight attendant is a valuable asset, though not mandatory.
* Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written); knowledge of additional languages is a welcome advantage.
* A polished, well-groomed appearance coupled with a consistently friendly and courteous demeanor.
* A genuine customer-first attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
* Outstanding organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the flexibility to adapt to dynamic schedules.
* An unrestricted passport and the ability to reach our home base in Klagenfurt within 60 minutes when on call.
