We are seeking a highly driven Project Supply Chain Manager to act as the point of contact between our Delivery organization and the broader Supply Chain Management (SCM) function during the project execution phase. In this role, you will ensure seamless coordination of all supply chain‑related activities, enabling successful project delivery and supporting our strategic procurement objectives.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary SCM interface for the Delivery organization throughout project execution.
Ensure a smooth SCM‑related transition from BID to Delivery in close collaboration with the Strategic Sourcing Manager.
Support project management during procurement and delivery phases to ensure alignment with sourcing strategies.
Provide timely feedback to project teams on procurement activities, including delivery schedules, confirmations and supplier capacity plans.
Identify, coordinate and develop mitigation options in case of deviations from expected or confirmed deliveries.
Monitor, update and maintain delivery and capacity plans based on evolving project requirements.
Establish and lead regular coordination meetings with delivery team representatives.
Align logistics requirements and drive discussions on supply needs to support DIO (Days Inventory Outstanding) targets.
Escalate major risks to the Project Manager, such as single‑source dependencies, long lead times, supplier performance issues or quality concerns.
Maintain active oversight of all project‑specific purchasing activities across responsible and regional Procurement Groups.
Your Profile
Basic knowledge of business economics or a commercial education background.
Proven experience in procurement execution and planning.
Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain interactions and interdependencies.
Experience in supplier negotiations and relationship management.
Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

A market‑compliant gross salary of EUR 56 000 p.a. based on a full‑time employment, which can be adapted according to your qualifications and your job experience.
