Career Opportunity - Sales Director (Data Center)

With an established presence and growing demand across Europe, our client is seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive growth and strategic accounts in the DACH region.
The Role:
Lead and develop a high-performing cross-functional team
Drive acquisition and management of key accounts in the data center sector
Shape regional sales strategy, budgets, KPIs, and market positioning
Coordinate pricing, proposals, and key customer negotiations
Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
Ensure team development, performance, and operational excellence
Experience Desired:
Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
Proven director-level experience in data center cooling, HVAC-R, or industrial thermal solutions
Deep understanding of the DACH data center market
Strong network with enterprise and hyperscale clients
Experience managing and mentoring teams of 5–15+
Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial drive
Willingness to travel internationally
