Innovation Roundtable is the leading network for innovation executives in multinational firms. We organize exclusive workshops on key innovation topics worldwide, and we are looking for volunteers to support us at our upcoming Innovation Roundtable Workshops in Vienna on 9 and 10 September 2025.
As a volunteer, you will work closely with our Event Manager and play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of the event. You will also have the unique opportunity to attend selected presentations that are normally reserved for corporate executives.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with check-in and registration
* Providing information and directions to attendees
* Helping set up meeting rooms throughout the day
* Collecting materials and notes from discussion sessions
* Supporting the event team with ad hoc tasks

What we’re looking for:
* A proactive, professional attitude
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, or a recent graduate
You will be part of two exclusive back-to-back workshops:
* 9 September – Business Model Innovation: Breaking Barriers
Topics include experimentation, incubation, and scaling of new businesses, organizing for new business creation, and creativity & innovation in constrained or regulated environments.
* 10 September – Culture & Leadership for Innovation & Customer Centricity
Sessions will explore servant, visionary and collaborative leadership, change management, and driving innovation and customer centricity across the organization.
