Your mission
First point of contact for all national and international customer inquiries
Training and onboarding of private customers in the use of our products
Supporting customers in carrying out battery tests
Working with the AVILOO testing platform
Actively contributing to the design and optimization of efficient customer support processes
Customer support and collaboration on international projects
Contributing ideas and playing a key role in the company’s success
A high level of creative freedom in a company that aims to multiply its revenue over the coming years

Your profile
Interest in electric vehicles
Enjoyment of communicating with customers
Commercial or technical secondary education (A-levels); basic technical understanding is an advantage
Very good written and spoken English (a second foreign language is a plus)
A calm, professional, and friendly manner
Enjoy working in a team with a wide range of tasks
Confident communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
Curiosity and interest in new topics
Enthusiasm for using AI – you leverage technology to work faster, more accurately, and more efficiently
