Head Chef (m/f/d)!
What You Bring:
* completed training as a chef
* experience in menu preparation and à la carte cooking, as well as in a similar position
* good knowledge of Austrian and international cuisine
* enjoyment of teamwork with experienced professionals and motivation to become part of a successful company
* organized, independent, and results-oriented way of working
* economically responsible approach to purchasing, confidence in cost calculations, and knowledge of hygiene standards
* enjoyment of cooking with fresh, regional, and seasonal ingredients
* experience in a similar position, preferably in upscale hotel or restaurant gastronomy
* enjoyment of working with fresh products
* creativity and a good sense for food presentation
* organized, precise, and clean working style
* reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
* motivation, team spirit, and passion for the profession
Your Duties:
* planning menu offers and à la carte menus
* calculating dishes according to WES guidelines set by the management
* creating recipes
* active cooking and kitchen work
* responsibility for kitchen hygiene according to HACCP standards
* allergen labeling
* handling orders in cooperation with department management
* carrying out monthly inventories
* good cooperation with department managers and other departments
* preparing duty rosters/work schedules
