Position Overview
Early Career Program Specialist – Apprentice in the Electrical and Electronics industry in Austria. The role reports to the Early Career Program Specialist and follows the Austrian vocational education system.
Responsibilities
- Control and document business processes, manage files and data.
- Obtain quotes, compare costs, and monitor payment terms and delivery times.
- Process orders and monitor on-time delivery.
- Process complaints such as transport damage and non‑compliance with delivery conditions.
- Assist in financial accounting and auditing; process sales orders.
- Support event organization and various HR and administrative tasks.
Work Model
Onsite.
Qualifications
- Completion of compulsory schooling and residency in Austria or appropriate authorization.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Personal responsibility, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
- Team collaboration ability.
- Reliability (punctuality, accuracy).
Salary and Benefits
