Overview
As a Marketing Delivery Manager, you will deliver exceptional integrated marketing campaigns and engagement journeys across a range of channels, always keeping our audiences at the heart of our work. Working closely with colleagues in Marketing Delivery, product owners, and channel experts, you will develop and deliver strategic, impactful, audience‑centric, evidence‑based campaigns on brief and in budget, to optimise and grow RNIB’s reach and engagement.
You will use agile methodology and the work‑management tool Asana to manage end‑to‑end delivery of assigned marketing campaigns by leading multi‑disciplinary squads. RNIB’s Marketing Delivery team exists to harness collective expertise in creating and executing innovative marketing solutions that grow, engage and inspire our diverse audiences. By uniting the right skills and insights we deliver campaigns that create meaningful, measurable impact and grow our customers across each engagement stage.
You will primarily work across the Mobilise customer stage with responsibility for acquiring new customers, using owned, earned and paid channels.
We are looking for a confident, proactive leader who can deliver through others, by both leading agile marketing squads and managing the two Marketing Delivery Officers who report into this role, to whom you will be responsible for coaching, motivating and providing direction. By exhibiting the values of the Marketing Delivery team, you will play an important role in supporting and embedding agile methodology.
Qualifications & Experience
* Leading the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
* Delivering marketing across multiple channels, such as website, social, search, TV, print and more.
* Leading and coaching a team or squad to deliver to high standards, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration and continuous improvement.
* Working across multi‑disciplinary teams and with multiple stakeholders to ensure campaigns are insight‑led, meet agreed objectives and remain on time and within budget.
* Developing go‑to‑market plans for new products and services, ensuring market readiness and alignment with customer needs.
* Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with internal teams and external agency partners.
* Using data to optimise and grow performance to meet objectives.
