Arbeitszeiten / Schedule Requirements
The work schedule will change weekly, with a minimum of 20 hours per week. Availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays is required. Hours may increase during peak periods.
Was du brauchst / What it Takes
* Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent (Abitur/G.E.D.-Äquivalent bevorzugt)
* Retail experience: At least 1 year (1 Jahr Erfahrung im Einzelhandel erwünscht)
* Supervisor/Managerial experience: Not required (Erfahrung in der Führungsverantwortung wird nicht vorausgesetzt)
* Language fluency: CEFR B2 in English and German (CEFR B2 Fluency in English & German, required)
* Customer focus, communication, interpersonal interaction, fashion trend knowledge, outgoing, assertiveness, adaptability/flexibility, stress tolerance, poise, ambition, multi-tasking, applied learning, work ethic, omni channel services

The starting rate for this position is €14.98 per hour (i.e., the recruiting pay range for this position is €14.98 - €14.98 per hour). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
