Responsibilities
Support and assist Vice President BU in running and further developing the BU
Information and data processing for strategic steering of BU
Conduct Budget and Multi Year Planning on BU level
Develop and optimize local, product line and BU Finance organization
Drive and support implementation of group standards across BU
Contribute to business model development from finance perspective
Develop, collect and check BU KPIs for completeness/timeliness in cooperation with the group function
Support monthly and annual group reporting in line with Group reporting calendar
Define, collect and check BU KPIs for completeness/timeliness in cooperation with the group function
M&A support (Due Diligence and Post-Merger-Integration)
Develop and drive internal and external pricing strategies in alignment with P&S BU and Group Finance (including Transfer Pricing documentation)
Assist/coordinate BU relevant Tax topics
Participate in/support bid-process
Act as partner for group functions, product lines and local entities
Support group functions in alignments with BU entities on various Finance topics, such as IC financing, Working Capital management, impairments
Qualifications
A successfully completed degree with a focus on finance, accounting, controlling, etc.
Several years of relevant professional experience in an international environment
Experience in budgeting, multi-year planning, investment controlling, group reporting, and tax matters
Knowledge of implementing a financial strategy aligned with corporate goals
Experience providing financial insights and recommendations to management, as well as serving as an internal and external point of contact for various stakeholders
Excellent communication skills in German and English
Strong analytical and interdisciplinary thinking
Initiative, quick comprehension, and an independent, precise, and proactive work style
Strong entrepreneurial and strategic thinking and action, high sense of responsibility
