We’re a Brisbane-based aluminium and metal fabrication and installation company delivering high-end residential and commercial projects from the Gold Coast to the Sunshine Coast.
About the Role
As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing projects from approval through to installation and handover. This is a practical, operations-focused role where you’ll work closely with procurement, fabrication, installation, admin, and clients to ensure projects run smoothly, profitably, and to Luxe standards.
You’ll be heavily involved in procurement and supplier negotiation, workflow coordination, client management, quality control, progress claims, and variations—playing a key role in meeting monthly revenue targets and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage projects from approval through fabrication, installation, and handover
* Procure materials and negotiate supplier pricing to maximise value
* Build and maintain strong supplier and client relationships
* Coordinate workflow across drafting, fabrication, install, and admin teams
* Liaise with admin to ensure install schedules run efficiently
* Manage client communication, progress updates, and expectations
* Price, document, and manage variations and progress claims
* Support estimating with supplier pricing, lead times, and product input
* Assist fabrication and installation teams with materials, sequencing, and problem solving
* Drive quality outcomes and continuous improvement across projects
* Coordinate final project photos with marketing once works are complete
What We’re Looking For
Experience managing projects in construction, fabrication, or a trade-based environment
Strong understanding of procurement, supplier negotiation, and cost control
Confident communicator who can manage clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
Detail-driven, solutions-focused, and accountable for outcomes
Experience with aluminium, metalwork, or building products is highly regarded
