* Responsible for ensuring high‑quality, on‑time and scope‑compliant delivery of all projects within the business unit.
* Ensures transparent communication on status, risks and decision needs to avoid escalations at an early stage.
* Critically reviews logistics concepts, project progress and schedules while actively promoting continuous improvements.
* Aligns decisions jointly with the Business Unit whenever topics lie outside the project organization.
* Participates in management and steering meetings, conducts project‑related site visits, attends customer appointments and supports test phases both on site and in‑house.
* Requests additional resources from the line organization and provides structured feedback and improvement impulses.
* Measures success through relevant KPIs such as on‑time delivery, quality and escalation prevention.

* Several years of experience in managing logistics or intralogistics projects and the ability to think in interconnected systems.
* A technical or business‑related education (FH/University) combined with strong project management skills is required.
* Strong understanding of intralogistics processes and operational workflows, ideally including KNAPP systems.
* Confident, decisive and solution‑oriented behavior, even in unclear or demanding situations.
* Ability to lead through influence, motivate teams and actively share knowledge.
* Confident communication skills in both German and English, combined with willingness to travel.

For this position, a minimum of eight years of relevant professional experience is required. The collective agreement minimum salary is EUR 4,371.19 gross per month. A market‑aligned overpayment is offered depending on qualifications and experience.
