Senior IT Project Manager (f/m/d) Tasks * Lead end-to-end project delivery across markets, managing scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation in line with agreed governance frameworks * Own project financials, including cost tracking, forecasting, and variance reporting, ensuring projects are delivered within approved budgets * Build and maintain strong working relationships with government and state lottery client stakeholders at both technical and executive levels, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the project lifecycle * Provide clear, structured progress reporting to internal leadership and clients, including risk and issue escalation, milestone tracking, and executive-level status updates * Translate complex technical requirements into actionable project plans, working closely with engineering and operations teams to define feasible, long-term delivery approaches * Develop a thorough understanding of product and solution requirements including deployment environments, performance criteria, integration constraints, and end-user considerations to ensure delivery outcomes meet client expectations * Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies, industry standards, and regulatory developments within the lottery and gaming sector to inform sound project decision-making Requirements * Background studies in IT desired * A minimum of 10 years of professional project management experience * Experience in the lottery, gaming, or sports betting industries is preferred * Must understand backend technologies and have basic database skills * Fluency in German and strong English skills * Strong oral and written communication skills are required * Ability to bridge between customers, account managers, developers and testers * Must be comfortable working in a team environment * Willingness to travel/flexibility to work at customer sites and/or other SG locations * Project management certificates are a nice-to-have (eg.
