As Product Marketer, you own the commercial “glue” between customer needs and product capabilities: shaping narratives, building market traction, and driving go‑to‑market execution in different regions with key customers.
Upstream (Insight & Positioning)
* Proactively analyze markets, trends, applications, customer needs, and competitors to refine winning positioning
* Turn strategic focus areas (multi‑niche PMIC plays) into sharp target segments, customer lists, and proof‑point messaging
Downstream (GTM execution & demand creation)
* Build and execute the PMIC go‑to‑market plan (launch assets, messaging, ecosystem motion, regional enablement)
* Create high‑impact collateral: product/solution pages, whitepapers, pitch materials and ongoing updates from customer feedback loops.
* Partner with Sales to generate demand and convert leads into design‑ins/design‑wins, aligned with the “proof points” push.
* Support pricing strategy definition and implementation (price corridors, value‑based narratives, regional consistency)
Qualifications
* Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Technology Management, B2B Marketing or equivalent qualification
* 5+ years in B2B product marketing / technical marketing in semiconductors (power management, analog/mixed‑signal, sensors, drivers, or embedded ecosystems)
* Strong ability to translate technical differentiation into crisp value propositions and sales tools
* Experience in GTM planning, demand generation, and funnel conversion with Sales (design‑in motion)
* Comfortable owning product‑related content creation and measuring impact (SEO/visibility, conversions, customer engagement)
* Hands‑on, builder mindset: thrives in “new PL / new portfolio” environments
* Excellent spoken and written English; basic understanding of German is a plus
