All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
1. You'll help shape Red Bull’s global eCommerce vision and strategy. You will support local markets in executing their strategy, guiding them in developing and measuring their plans and performance. By leveraging shopper insights, you'll drive impactful actions that help achieve Red Bull’s business objectives.
2. You'll maintain, develop, and drive Red Bull’s Global Perfect Online Store Execution Tool. In close collaboration with Brand Marketing and Trade Marketing, you'll help create outstanding online content that elevates Red Bull’s execution across all digital platforms and markets. You'll provide strategic guidance and hands-on support to win the digital shelf and maximize Red Bull’s visibility across all eCommerce channels.
3. You'll be responsible for maintaining and developing Red Bull’s existing global eCommerce tools, while also driving their adoption, education, and effective use to maximize business impact. Additionally, you'll identify, create, and source innovative solutions to meet evolving business and market needs.
4. You'll be responsible for analyzing market performance, trends, and shopper insights to identify business opportunities and develop innovative, out-of-the-box solutions to address them. Additionally, you'll lead the development and enhancement of Red Bull’s global reporting capabilities and tools to support smarter, data-driven decision-making.
5. You'll collaborate with international and local market stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT to identify and lead cross-functional workstreams to deliver unique solutions to complex business challenges.
6. 1 to 3 years of professional experience with global brands (preferably in the FMCG/CPG industry) or market-leading eCommerce players, across Sales or Marketing. Previous eCommerce experience or background is highly valued
7. Strong strategic thinking, a hands-on mentality, and a pragmatic approach to developing projects and initiatives from scratch. Enthusiastic about raising the bar and driving initiatives to the next level
8. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex business challenges into practical and relevant terms
9. Proven ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders across all levels of the organization
10. A strong understanding of cultural differences, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams, both locally and internationally
11. Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong sense of ownership. Thrives when working independently and is motivated to steer their own career and projects
