Ihre Aufgaben
* Ausarbeitung maßgeschneiderter Transportlösungen, gemäß Kundenanforderung
* Auftragsabwicklung
* Erstellung erforderlicher Frachtpapiere
* Buchung von Frachtsendungen bei Fluggesellschaften
* Überwachen der Lieferung
* Abwickeln der Sendungen inklusive Übergabe an das Luftfrachtunternehmen
Anforderungen
* Idealerweise 1–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik oder einer vergleichbaren Position.
* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d) / kaufmännische Ausbildung, Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Logistik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation von Vorteil; gerne auch Schulabgänger oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung
* Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift).
* Kundenorientiertes Denken und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten.
* Organisationstalent mit einem Blick fürs Detail.
* Zuverlässigkeit und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel, Outlook) und Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen.
* Teamplayer mit Hands-on-Mentalität.Belastbar, flexibel und in der Lage, in einem dynamischen Umfeld Prioritäten zu setzen.
* Freude am Arbeiten in einem internationalen Umfeld.
Jahresgehalt: 34,000-42,000 EUR plus Jahresbonus
