IT Steering and Outsourcing Manager (f/m/x)

Responsibilities:
* Craft and actively manage the strategic IT roadmap in alignment with both RCM's and RBI's business strategies.
* Lead the coordination and progression of RCM's IT sourcing strategy in partnership with business units.
* Drive the continuous development of the IT platform, integrating business needs with strategic IT goals.
* Oversee the management of IT expenditure within RCM.
* Handle IT demand management processes to align with business and regulatory requirements.
* Maintain a business-oriented IT organization, ensuring service level and access management, regulatory compliance, and budget oversight.
Your core competencies:
* Proficiency in strategic IT planning, IT governance, and platform development.
* Work experience in IT demand management and budget planning.
* Knowledge of IT service level and access management.
* Familiarity with IT control frameworks and regulatory compliance (e.g., DORA).
* Understanding of IT security principles, especially in the context of asset management.
* Proficiency in German and English for communication with tech and non-tech stakeholders.
Nice to have:
* Specialized knowledge of IT Enterprise Architecture in the asset management industry.
* Experience with the operational management of IT security functions.
