RESPONSIBILITIES Areas that play to your strengths All the responsibilities we'll trust you with: In a nutshell Taking full ownership, you'll lead the global creator program across Europe and LATAM - bringing together strategy, enablement, innovation, structure, and flawless execution to deliver impactful and locally relevant results. Strategy You'll define and implement global guidelines to ensure the consistent application of creator marketing principles and tactics across all markets. Local power, global success Through training, workshops, mentoring, and hands-on support, you'll empower markets (Europe and LATAM) and HQ stakeholders to drive excellence in execution. Teamwork You'll build strong alignment across business units while establishing efficient regional structures with clear communication and full oversight. Thought Leadership & Innovation As a key expert internally and externally, you'll monitor trends, evaluate performance, and continuously evolve the creator marketing approach with a long-term perspective. Tool & Processes You'll drive the development and optimization of tools, services, and workflows while ensuring high-quality execution across creator selection, activations, integrations, brand visibility, and reporting. Experience Your areas of knowledge and expertise That matter most for this role: * 5 years of marketing experience (preferably in youth-oriented companies, agencies, or premium brands), including 2 years working with and/or managing creators * Passion for the creator space with a strong understanding of social media and consumer habits * Strong interpersonal and communication skills enabling effective cross-functional collaboration * Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with solid planning and project management skills * Team-player, creative, entrepreneurial, and solution-oriented mindset * Fluent in English; any other language is considered an asset * 10-20 JOIN THE TEAM Got what it takes? However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
