Responsibilities
* Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and technical requirements.
* Provide expert guidance on how our products and services can address specific client challenges.
* Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase proposed solutions.
* Translate business requirements into technical terms and lead the team in designing, building, and managing technology solutions.
* Build, lead, and federate teams around pre-sales and pilot projects, preparing solutions for deployment to independent customers and larger accounts.
* Be the technical and solution expert facing customers.
* Assist clients in customizing solutions to their needs and integrating their data into our Cloud.
* Train and support our partners and customers during the solution lifecycle.
* Track and document every part of the customer\'s implementation and utilization of the solution.
* Manage client and reseller communications as per the assigned responsibility in the project.
Qualifications
Education
* BA/BS in related fields: Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science or other STEM, Information Technology, Software Engineering.
Experience
* A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a customer-facing role, preferably as an Application Engineer or similar technical Pre-Sales role.
* Industry knowledge: Supply Chain experience would be a plus.
* Strong understanding of SaaS solutions.
Languages
* Good English skills, both written and spoken.
* French / German optional but would be a plus.
Skills
* Project management: ability to manage deadlines and deliver tasks/projects on time.
* Strong critical thinking and adaptability to evolving technical landscapes.
* Technical acumen: ability to understand and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Customer-centric mindset: every decision focused on improving the customer experience.

For the advertised position, a KV minimum basic salary of 3,843.00 euros gross per month applies, with readiness for KV overpayment depending on actual qualifications (for full-time employment).
