Role Overview
We are hiring a European Strategic Market Lead with opportunity to evolve into our Europe market partner or CEO to build Sengine’s European presence from 0→1.
Phase 1: Replicate our collaboration model with Ashley & Panasonic with European partners. Drive ToB enterprise contracts and establish revenue foothold.
Phase 2 (upon validated orders): Lead broader European operations including local team building, ecosystem integration, localization strategy, and market expansion potentially evolving into Sengine Europe CEO .
This is a long-term strategic partnership role.
Compensation is performance-driven, with substantial equity and stock incentive upside tied to long‑term regional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise ToB Expansion
Replicate and expand the partnership model proven with Ashley & Panasonic. Secure initial POC and commercial contracts and build strategic long‑term accounts
Target large enterprise accounts:
Furniture retail groups (e.g., XXXLutz, Möbel Höffner, IKEA Europe)
Supply chain integrators
Real estate developers
E-commerce platforms
Designer Ecosystem Integration
Build partnership with and integrate Europe's top‑tier interior designers communities into Sengine's platform network
Develop channel & brand influence within design‑driven purchasing decisions
Local Organization & Product Localization
Upon validated commercial traction:
Build and lead local European team
Define & lead European go‑to‑market structure
Participate in product adaptation for European housing typologies and usage logic; Co-design localized product modules aligned with regional needs
Regulatory & Infrastructure Adaptation
Ensure compliance with EU regulations
Align with legal and enterprise IT requirements
Industry Presence & Brand Influence
Represent Sengine at major European industry events; participate in leading design and retail exhibitions (e.g., Milan Design Week)
Build brand visibility within furniture, real estate, and design communities
Position Sengine as a high‑value AI infrastructure partner in Europe
Required Profile
Essential
5+ years ToB enterprise sales / business development
Strong C‑level access within the Europe market
Experience closing large enterprise contracts
Proven 0→1 market building capability
Comfortable operating in performance‑driven environments
Preferred
Background in furniture retail, real estate, retail tech, or design industry
Understanding of AI‑driven enterprise products
Experience working across hardware + software ecosystems
Entrepreneurial mindset
Aspiration to build and lead a regional operation
