Your mission
As part of our Customer Success Management team, you manage a variety of software projects, releases, and system upgrades for international customers. Working across different internal teams, you coordinate technical and organizational topics and ensure that changes are delivered in a stable and reliable way throughout the customer journey.
* Plan, coordinate, and execute software projects, releases, and system upgrades in a diverse technical environment
* Manage timelines, dependencies, scope, and quality across multiple teams and topics
* Own and coordinate change and upgrade activities end‑to‑end, from preparation through handover to support
* Work closely with development, platform, and operations teams to align technical requirements and dependencies
* Drive documentation, testing, and follow‑ups, and ensure clear and transparent communication between all stakeholders
Your Skills And Qualifications
* Completed education in IT or a related field and experience in IT Project Management, including knowledge of databases and object‑oriented programming (e.g., JAVA)
* Proactive, structured and hands‑on working style with technical affinity
* Proficient in English and German (written & spoken)

Compensation
We are legally obliged to mention the compensation for this position. We offer a minimum salary of € 56.000,- gross/year on a fulltime base. We offer a higher salary in line with your qualifications and experience.
