Job Description
Key Lead (m/w/d) – The Key Lead is responsible for delivering a high‑quality in‑store experience by leading the floor and supporting the team. The role requires customer‑centric service, training of sales associates, and ensuring smooth store operations.

* Sicherstellung der Standort‑ und Team‑leistung / Driving store performance and team achievement of daily sales
Schedule Requirements
Hours are at least 20 per week with a schedule that may change weekly. Availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays is required. During peak periods, hours may increase to meet business needs.
Qualifications
* High School Diploma / G.E.D. equivalent (preferred)
* At least one year of retail experience (preferred)
* No supervisory/management experience required
* CEFR B2 fluency in English & German (required)
* Customer focus
* Communication and interpersonal skills
* Fashion trend knowledge
* Assertiveness and adaptability/flexibility with stress tolerance
* Poise, ambition, and multi‑tasking ability
* Applied learning and strong work ethic
* Experience with omni‑channel services (desired)

Compensation
The starting rate for this position is €14.98 per hour. The recruiting pay range for this position is €14.98 – €14.98 per hour. The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
