Application Support Analyst – Clinical
Dedalus, one of the world’s leading healthcare technology companies, is seeking an Application Support Analyst – Clinical to join our Clinical Support Team in WA, Australia.
You will be part of our highly successful clinical support team, utilising your skills in the support and maintenance of our market‑leading software applications for hospitals and healthcare environments.
Responsibilities
* Provide superior task management, including incident triage, analysis, and resolution.
* Identify and classify problems/defects with logical and lateral thinking.
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers to foster collaboration and growth.
* Provide expert internal and external advice on Dedalus clinical;margin management solutions.
* Support clients from user acceptance testing through installation and ongoing maintenance.
Essential Requirements
* 5+ years’ experience in the following:
* Excellent knowledge of SQL with ability to write and execute complex scripts
* Providing Technical support for healthcare IT systems
* Degree in Health Information Management and/or Information Technology
* Microsoft Server Admin Experience
Desirable Requirements
* Database administration experience
* Understanding of ITIL processes
* Experienced with IIS or Apache
* Knowledge of Healthcare Workflow & HL7 Standard
* Ability to troubleshoot MS Windows Server issues
