Senior IT Business Analyst:in (w/m/d) SQL, Technical Deployment, IT Support MacBook Pro English-speaking team Diverse and inclusive environment * You coordinate and execute the deployment of new and updated technical products and systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams to plan, test and implement product releases. * You provide tier-1 and tier-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. * You diagnose and resolve technical problems, working closely with product development and IT-Teams. * You develop, execute, and automate SQL queries to generate operational and performance reports. * You interpret and analyze data from SQL databases to identify trends, issues, and opportunities. Your Skills * Several years of experience in technical support, product development, or a related field. * Strong expertise in SQL, including query development, data manipulation, and report generation. * Experience with club systems (e.g., OLAP cubes) and multidimensional data analysis. * Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on data analysis and root cause identification. * Ability to interpret complex technical information and translate it into actionable insights. * Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical team members.
