That’s You
* Completed studies in the field of IT or business administration
* At least 2 -3 years of professional experience as a business analyst, requirements engineer, project manager or a comparable position
* Passion for listening, understanding, and questioning.
* Knowledge of project management tools and Agile methodologies, such as Jira and Confluence
* A solution-oriented and team player attitude, with strong communication skills
* A high level of German and English
That’s Your Daily Business
* You will gather and analyze user feedback and business requirements, to assist in product development decisions and ensure that the product meets the needs of the target market
* You will focus on reporting risks, and creating functional and higher-level technical specifications for software development, testing and implementation projects
* On a continuous basis, you will evaluate and improve business processes to ensure that they are efficient, while understanding and identifying interdependencies
* You will take charge of managing vendor and stakeholder relationships, while either supporting or leading contract negotiations, defining SLAs based on business requirements, approving purchase orders and reviewing invoices
* You will keep track of industry trends and new technologies and make recommendations for their adoption where appropriate
* You will organize and moderate meetings, workshops and required training sessions
