Your responsibilities
Independently managing day-to-day HR administration from onboarding to offboarding
Preparing and processing monthly payroll for employees in accordance with the collective agreement for the metalworking industry
Maintaining and managing HR master data and digital personnel files
Drafting employment contracts, contract amendments, confirmations and other HR documents
Processing time records, absences and travel expense claims
Point of contact for staff and managers on matters relating to employment, social security and HR
Communication with authorities, social security providers and external partners
Support with HR projects and the ongoing optimisation of HR processes
Your profile:
Completed commercial training (HAK, HLW, apprenticeship or equivalent)
Professional experience in HR administration and/or payroll accounting
Knowledge of Austrian labour, social security and income tax law
Experience with the collective agreement for the metal industry for salaried employees would be an advantage
High level of accuracy, discretion and a sense of responsibility
Independent and structured approach to work
Strong service and team orientation
