Job Overview
As a Call Center Agent, you and our Front of House team support international guests, especially by phone. You handle all inbound calls with telephone etiquette, coordinate guest enquiries for reception, guest services, housekeeping and technical areas and perform related administrative work.
Responsibilities
* Handle incoming calls in compliance with telephone etiquette.
* Coordinate guest enquiries to appropriate departments.
* Perform related administrative tasks associated with guest service.
Qualifications
* Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry.
* Friendliness, flexibility, reliability and high responsibility.
* Strong communication skills and professional appearance.
* Resilience, teamwork and flexibility.
* Quality awareness.
* Attention to small details.
* Excellent German and English (spoken & written); additional languages are an advantage.
* Knowledge of OPERA software and MS Office is advantageous.
