Technical Architect / Solution Consultant (ServiceNow)
A Technical Architect / Solution Consultant will take a leadership role in designing, presenting, and implementing ServiceNow-based enterprise solutions. You’ll combine technical depth with business understanding, guiding customers through workshops, supporting presales efforts, and ensuring robust architecture and delivery.
This position is ideal for a seasoned ServiceNow professional who can bridge the gap between technical delivery and business value, while maintaining a hands‑on, pragmatic approach.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead solution discovery workshops and develop high-level architecture and design for ServiceNow implementations.
* Define integration and governance frameworks across ServiceNow modules.
* Oversee solution delivery, ensuring alignment with technical and business requirements.
* Support presales with demos, scoping, and proposal development.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to consultants and project teams.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, supporting them in their digital transformation initiatives.
* Contribute to internal process improvements and ServiceNow best practices internally.
Required Skills & Experience
* 8–15 years in IT consulting, with proven ServiceNow expertise.
* Broad experience across public and private sectors, ideally with government or enterprise clients.
* Strong background in ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and ITOM modules.
* Capable of leading client workshops and presenting at executive level.
* Deep understanding of architecture design, integration models, and governance frameworks.
* Multiple ServiceNow certifications and/or CISSP preferred.
* Completed FH/ETH degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related field.
* Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
* Collaborative, client-oriented, and comfortable managing both technical and business discussions.
Compensation and Benefits
CHF 135,000 – 160,000, depending on seniority and technical expertise.
