We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our Group Controlling team with a strong focus on B2B Controlling. In this role, data becomes the foundation for better decisions: by combining internal and external data sources, the position delivers insights into industry trends, customer behavior, and regulated markets.
The role contributes directly to improving transparency, automation, and scalability of controlling processes, while enhancing reporting and dashboards that support sales operations and strategic decision-making across the group.
Your tasks
* Collect, validate, and analyze financial and operational data from multiple sources, with a strong focus on B2B revenue streams
* Ensure high data quality, consistency, and integrity across controlling reports and analyses
* Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards in Tableau and/or Power BI for various stakeholders
* Analyze B2B revenue performance against budget, identifying trends, deviations, and optimization potential
* Support sales operations through forecasting, budgeting, performance analysis, sales coverage models, and territory planning
* Monitor sales target achievement and provide actionable insights to sales and controlling stakeholders
* Drive automation and standardization of controlling processes using tools such as Power Query and SQL
* Manage and optimize data structures and financial databases to improve performance and scalability
* Lead B2B budgeting and forecasting activities and contribute to group-wide planning processes, including cost center planning and board-level presentations
Your profile
* Completed education in business informatics, finance, controlling, data analytics, or a comparable field
* At least 3 years of professional experience in controlling, data analysis, or a similar analytical role
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect financial data, business context, and strategic implications
* Excellent Excel skills and solid experience with Tableau and/or Power BI
* Good working knowledge of SQL and an interest in data modeling and automation
* Structured, independent, and proactive working style with a strong sense of ownership
* Clear and confident communication skills, able to translate data into insights for non-technical stakeholders
* Experience in the gaming industry is a plus
