Head of Business Development - Disability sector
The Head of Business Development is responsible for multiple entities with a particular focus on the disability sector. This role will focus on establishing new partnerships, expanding the customer base, and coaching and leading a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs).
You will collaborate closely with the executive leadership to identify new business opportunities within the NDIS sector and beyond, ensuring continued growth in both new and existing markets.
You will be accountable for identifying new business opportunities, generating new revenue streams, and guiding the overall growth strategy. A key aspect of this role is leading and mentoring the BDM team, ensuring they are equipped, motivated, and focused on high-performance activities. Team empowerment will be key to meeting targets, while fostering a collaborative culture where innovation, strategic thinking, and high performance are rewarded.
This is a high-impact, results-driven role, where your efforts will directly contribute to our client’s growth and success during an exciting period of expansion. We are searching for hands-on leaders at the forefront of identifying NDIS opportunities. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of service in the disability or health sector, relevant tertiary education, and experience in revenue-driven environments.
