Reporting to the CEO, the Franchise Sales Manager will lead all franchise sales activities across Australia. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle—lead generation, qualification, discovery sessions, and onboarding—while driving the strategic expansion of the Price Attack network.
This role is ideal for a results-driven franchise sales professional with a passion for building strong relationships and supporting new business owners.
Key Responsibilities
Drive franchise recruitment and deliver on national network growth targets
Manage the franchise sales pipeline from enquiry to signed agreement
Qualify leads, conduct phone/Zoom interviews, and run discovery meetings
Present the Price Attack opportunity to prospective franchise partners
Maintain CRM records, forecasting, and reporting for the executive team
Work with Operations, Marketing and Finance to ensure smooth onboarding
Represent Price Attack at franchise expos and industry events
Ensure compliance with the Franchising Code of Conduct
About You
Proven experience in franchise sales or business development
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of small business ownership
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Confident presenting to individuals and groups
Highly organised with strong pipeline and time management abilities
Ethical, consultative approach aligned with franchising best practice
Experience in retail, beauty, hair, or QSR (highly regarded)
