The department Model Methodology & Development is the central function responsible for the development and maintenance of models used in the analysis of credit risk, in particular regulatory Pillar 1 IRB models, Pillar 2, IFRS 9 and business supporting models. It is also responsible for the definition of group-wide standards. Your Tasks Develop, maintain and enhance statistical models with advanced modelling techniques to assess credit risk, including random forests, gradient boosting, and other machine learning methodologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity Stay up to date on industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices Present findings and recommendations to all relevant stakeholders Your Background Advanced academic degree in a quantitative subject such as mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, or related field Profound knowledge in applied statistics, machine learning with focus on predictive modelling and computation, knowledge and experience in banking business preferred Strong working knowledge of statistical software such as Python (or R) and data manipulation using SQL Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work effectively in team environments Our Offer Be an integral part of a successful high-performance team that is working on exciting and challenging tasks in an international environment.
