Join our Controlling Practice & Operations (CP&O) team as Country Controller for DACH (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland), reporting to the Cluster Lead for Europe-I. Make a significant impact with your financial planning and controlling expertise.

Deliver top-notch financial planning and controlling services by analyzing metrics, identifying trends and issues, communicating insights, and recommending actions to enhance financial performance.
How You'll Make An Impact
* Oversee and manage all corporate functions related to accounting activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient financial operations in DACH.
* Lead and develop the country controlling team, including training and capacity building.
* Review all financial statements prepared by Finance Common Shared Services and report monthly to local management on key KPIs.
* Track and analyze capital expenditure budgets and actual spending monthly.
* Partner with global and local controllers to analyze financial performance and propose improvements.
* Collaborate with the Country Finance Director (CFD) and other senior local managers on strategic initiatives.
* Act as a finance business partner to local function managers and assist with all finance-related aspects.
* Participate actively in process improvement initiatives regionally and/or globally.
Your Background
* Strong accounting background, preferably with a master’s degree in accounting and finance.
* Deep understanding of IFRS is essential; experience with local statutory accounting (HGB) is a plus.
* Extensive experience in a similar role.
* Skilled in independent problem-solving to handle complex financial, regulatory, and operational challenges without constant oversight.
* Effective communication of financial information to stakeholders, including management and auditors.
* Good understanding and hands-on experience with SAP FICO and proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, etc.).
* Proactive with a strong commitment to quality and meeting strict deadlines.
* Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
