We are seeking a Teamlead for our Quality Assurance team in Klaus, Vorarlberg, Austria. This role involves leading the QA team to ensure effective quality processes, serving as the primary contact for team concerns, and collaborating with global QM teams to develop and improve quality systems.
Responsibilities
* Lead the Quality Assurance team to maintain high-quality standards for our products
* Act as the first point of contact within the team for advice, concerns, and feedback
* Foster professional development and engagement within your team, encouraging collaboration across interfaces
* Collaborate with worldwide QM teams and process managers on strategic quality process development, tools, infrastructure, and system improvements
* Oversee daily team goals such as inspections, tests, audits, and handle customer and supplier complaints, CARs, and continuous improvements
Qualifications
* Proven leadership experience as a project or team lead, embodying human-centric leadership principles
* Several years of experience in Quality Assurance, QM systems, ISO 9001 standards, and audit execution
* Strong understanding of preventive and corrective quality processes, risk mitigation, non-conformities, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
* Technical knowledge in electronics and mechanics is preferred
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, with empathy for team challenges
* Strong networking skills and ability to collaborate across teams
* Strategic thinking, structured work approach, and high quality awareness
* Fluent in German and English
