Linea Talent Group is pleased to have been appointed to lead the search for a Chief Operating Officer on behalf of our client. This is an exceptional opportunity for a commercially driven Real Estate Leader to join a high-performing, multi-office real estate group operating across the Queensland market. This business has experienced significant growth in recent years and now requires an experienced operator to help scale operations, optimise performance, and drive the next phase of expansion.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CEO and Board of Directors, you will take full ownership of operational performance across a diverse real estate platform spanning residential sales, property management, and ancillary service lines. With an established team of over 100 staff and a strong market presence, the business is entering a critical growth phase focused on systems, structure, and leadership capability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all day-to-day operations across multiple offices and business units
Drive operational efficiency, structure, and scalable systems across the group
Partner with the CEO on strategic growth, acquisitions, and market expansion
Oversee P&L performance and implement reporting frameworks across departments
Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team across sales and property management
Improve processes across property management, sales performance, and backend operations
Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and service expansion
About You
Proven experience as a COO, General Manager, or senior operational leader
Strong background within real estate, property, or multi-site service businesses
Demonstrated ability to scale teams, systems, and revenue
Commercially astute with strong financial and performance management capability
Experience leading both sales-driven and operational divisions
Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to influence at all levels
