We are looking for an
IT Support Specialist
to provide
first- and second-level support
for our compound management system and related IT applications. We are currently working on rolling out the new compound management system to our subsidiaries in various European countries (from Belgium to Turkey), so you would get in touch with people from many different regions.
This is a varied role combining IT support, system configuration and technical tasks which offers opportunities to further develop technical and programming skills. Your Responsibilities
Supportive: You provide 1st & 2nd level IT support (troubleshooting, incident resolution, user support, ...)
Administrative: You configure and maintain the compound management system (users, roles, settings)
Sustainable: You support system updates and you are responsible for testing and basic documentation
Technical: You assist with simple system customizations and integrations
Collaboratie: You collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on technical issues
Our Requirements
Education or experience in IT or a related field
Basic knowledge of programming or scripting (e.g. Python, Java, PostgreSQL, DB2)
Strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset
Ability to work in German and English
Nice To Have Would Be
Experience with management, ERP, or facility/asset management systems
Basic knowledge of databases or system integrations
Experience in 1st & 2nd level IT support
Experience working with Artificial intelligence

Your starting salary will depend on your qualifications and experience and starts at EUR 42.000 gross per year (based on full-time employment).
