Business Development Representative - Vienna

We're working with Too Good To Go, looking for driven and motivated individuals looking for a career in sales where they can make an impact.
At Too Good To Go, you’ll work on something that truly matters: together with local business owners and millions of app users, they help fight food waste. We’re looking for new Sales Waste Warriors with lots of energy and curiosity – people who genuinely want to build something meaningful.
Your Mission:
As a Business Development Representative, you play a key role in the business for the Austrian market. You’ll ensure local businesses – from bakeries to neighbourhood shops – join the platform. You'll be helping businesses unlock revenue from their surplus, help consumers enjoy good food at great value for money, and empower people and partners to help protect the environment.
A Typical Day:
* Speak with 40–60 business owners daily to promote the sustainable food marketplace.
* Support new business partners through their first 28 days on the platform.
* Ensure proper onboarding, help them launch Surprise Bags, and maximise platform use.
* Serve as the first point of contact for new partners, creating a strong first impression.
* Update your pipeline and track progress regularly.
* Collaborate with teammates to brainstorm improvements.
What We're Looking For:
* Someone who is confident and engaging, can build rapport easily with potential partners (like local shops, bakeries, butchers, etc.)
* Someone who is proactive in researching and calling new leads, shows perseverance and resilience when things get tough and isn't afraid of cold calling.
* Someone who's organised, independent, and communicates openly with the team – collaboration is everything!
* Someone who's curious and eager to learn, grow, and commit long-term to a mission-driven company.
