About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director Business Line Marketing to drive strategic initiatives, enable business outcomes, and foster cross-functional collaboration within our Power & Sensor Systems (PSS) division.
In this high-impact leadership role, you will coordinate and execute go-to-market initiatives, steer business optimization, and shape future-proof strategic frameworks across our Business Line.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Driving and executing go-to-market strategic initiatives for Power Switches and deploying corporate-level programs across the Business Line.
* Co-creating comprehensive strategic frameworks in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and market trends.
* Leading business management, analysis, and optimization efforts - providing actionable recommendations, guidance, and enablement for strategic initiatives.
* Overseeing critical planning processes, including Capacity Planning and Financial Planning, ensuring informed and agile business decisions.
* Analyzing pricing dynamics and market signals, delivering insights and recommendations to maintain competitive advantage.
* Orchestrating Product Lifecycle Management activities, covering demand management, capacity allocation, and business enablement strategies.
* Promoting cross-Product Line enablement initiatives by standardizing and continuously improving go-to-market tools and materials.
* Championing customer success enablement, maintaining support platforms, facilitating training, and ensuring customer-facing teams are equipped for success.
* Consolidating and deploying multi-source business models and operational strategies, ensuring cohesive execution across business functions.
* Communicating high-impact initiatives effectively, driving topics like complexity reduction and cost optimization.
* Leading the strategic deployment and implementation of frameworks such as the MTC (Market-to-Customer) model.
* Representing the Business Line at key customer events and engagements, in close alignment with Product Lines and Sales, contributing to pricing strategy discussions and commercial reviews.
About You
You are a great fit for this role if you have:
* A technical or commercial degree (e.g., Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar); MBA strongly preferred.
* A minimum 10 years of professional experience in the semiconductor industry with a strong focus on power and a proven track record of driving revenue growth through successful marketing strategies.
* Demonstrated the ability to lead and develop high-performing, cross-functional global teams.
* Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines under pressure, and communicate confidently and persuasively at all levels.
* A strong business acumen to understand and articulate the value proposition of the company's offerings.
* Fluency in English.
